As a guy who does a lot of catering jobs as a side gig, I love bagasse containers. They feel nicer than paper, they’re much stronger as well, and they’re nearly as waterproof as foam. I finally used up the last package of containers I had and started using these ones for my meal prep, and they’re everything I’ve come to expect from bagasse containers. I make a lot of high-protein meals and eat them throughout the week, so these containers need to keep the meals fresh, and they do. They need to hold up to being microwaved, and they do. They’re just the right size for a sensible meal, and they are strong enough to stack 5 high in my fridge. I’m sure they could do a couple more, but that’s as high as I can fit. Overall, these are great containers, definitely a bit more pricey than foam or plastic, and not reusable like tupperware, but they save you time on doing dishes, so there’s that. On a busy week like I’m happy to save any time I can.
